Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free powdered sweetener


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and mix until well combined.
