- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar-free powdered sweetener
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and mix until well combined.
- Grease a donut pan and fill with batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow donuts to cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sweetener until stiff peaks form.
- Pipe the cream into the center of each donut.
- Serve and enjoy!
