Description

This whole baked sea bass is a delightful dish that brings out the natural flavors of the fish, enhanced by herbs and lemon.


Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the sea bass under cold water and pat dry.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the mixture all over the fish, both inside and out.
  5. Stuff the cavity of the fish with lemon slices and parsley.
  6. Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
