- 2 lemons, sliced
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the sea bass under cold water and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the fish, both inside and out.
- Stuff the cavity of the fish with lemon slices and parsley.
- Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
