- 1 whole sea bass, cleaned and scaled
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, place the whole sea bass.
- Stuff the cavity of the sea bass with lemon slices, minced garlic, and fresh parsley.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven, serve warm, and enjoy!
