Ingredients

  • 4 veal chops
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season veal chops with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook veal chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Add garlic and white wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
