- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season veal chops with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook veal chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Add garlic and white wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
