Description

A nutritious and delicious salad combining white beans, tuna, and kale, perfect for a healthy meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the white beans, tuna, kale, and red onion.
