Ingredients

- 1 pound Wagyu beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add Wagyu beef slices and cook until browned.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water; pour over beef and vegetables.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles for a complete meal.
