Description

Delicious and tender Wagyu beef stir-fry, packed with flavors and a quick cooking method.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Wagyu beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add Wagyu beef slices and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  5. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water; pour over beef and vegetables.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
  • Serve over cooked rice or noodles for a complete meal.
