Description

Delicious Wagyu beef sliders topped with melted cheddar butter, perfectly juicy and flavorful.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Wagyu ground beef
  • 4 slider buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground Wagyu beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the beef mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and cover until melted.
  5. Toast slider buns on the skillet.
  6. In another pan, melt butter and brush on the buns.
  7. Assemble sliders by placing patties on buns and serving immediately.

  • For best results, do not overcook the beef sliders to maintain juiciness.
