- 1 pound Wagyu ground beef
- 4 slider buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground Wagyu beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the beef mixture into small patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and cover until melted.
- Toast slider buns on the skillet.
- In another pan, melt butter and brush on the buns.
- Assemble sliders by placing patties on buns and serving immediately.
Notes
- For best results, do not overcook the beef sliders to maintain juiciness.
- Feel free to add toppings such as pickles or onions for extra flavor.
