Indulge in the rich flavors of Wagyu beef patties, enhanced with luscious melted beef fat for a juicy and succulent burger experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Wagyu beef
  • 2 tablespoons beef fat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pickles


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Wagyu beef, beef fat, salt, black pepper, egg, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until fully incorporated.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach desired doneness.
  5. Add cheddar cheese slices on top of patties during the last minute of cooking, allowing to melt.
  6. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing patties on buns and topping with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
