- 1 pound Wagyu beef
- 2 tablespoons beef fat
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup pickles
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the Wagyu beef, beef fat, salt, black pepper, egg, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach desired doneness.
- Add cheddar cheese slices on top of patties during the last minute of cooking, allowing to melt.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burgers by placing patties on buns and topping with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Let the patties rest for a few minutes before serving for better flavor.
