Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Wagyu beef
  • 1/2 cup beef fat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Wagyu beef, beef fat, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach desired doneness.
