- 4 burger buns

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Wagyu beef, beef fat, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach desired doneness.
- Place cheese on patties during the last minute of cooking if desired.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve on burger buns with your favorite toppings.
