- 4 veal cutlets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons capers
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season veal cutlets with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook veal cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add white wine, lemon juice, and capers. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the veal back to the skillet and coat with sauce.
- Serve immediately, drizzled with sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add parsley as a garnish before serving.
- Serve with pasta or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
