Description

Deliciously themed deviled eggs perfect for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh chives for garnish
  • Food coloring (pink or red)


Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
  2. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  3. In a bowl, combine the yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Add a few drops of food coloring to the mixture to achieve a pink color.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with fresh chives on top.
