- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 pound ground lamb or beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast together.
- Add warm water and olive oil, mixing to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- In a skillet, cook the ground meat with onions until browned.
- Add tomatoes and spices, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough and shape it into a boat-like form.
- Fill the dough with the meat mixture and fold the edges over.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
