Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Take a portion of the turkey mixture and roll it up in a slice of turkey breast.
- Place the rolled turkey in the baking dish, seam side down.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with additional mozzarella.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the filling.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
