Description

Delicious turkey rollatini filled with a creamy cheese blend, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  4. Take a portion of the turkey mixture and roll it up in a slice of turkey breast.
  5. Place the rolled turkey in the baking dish, seam side down.
  6. Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with additional mozzarella.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the filling.
  • Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
