Description

A rich and savory terrine made with a blend of three meats, perfect for festive occasions.


Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 250g ground pork
  • 250g cooked ham, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, chopped ham, onion, garlic, eggs, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, parsley, salt, pepper, thyme, and nutmeg.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until fully cooked.
  6. Let cool before slicing.
