- 500g ground beef
- 250g ground pork
- 250g cooked ham, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 large eggs
- 100ml heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, chopped ham, onion, garlic, eggs, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, parsley, salt, pepper, thyme, and nutmeg.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 1 hour or until fully cooked.
- Let cool before slicing.
