Ingredients

- 1 pound ground duck
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground duck until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar.
- Remove from heat and mix in red onion, bell pepper, mint, and cilantro.
- To serve, spoon the duck mixture into lettuce leaves and enjoy.
Notes
- For added crunch, serve with chopped peanuts on top.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and served cold.
