Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, carrots, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cilantro, lime juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Steam cabbage leaves until pliable, about 2-3 minutes.
- Place a generous portion of the filling in each cabbage leaf and roll tightly, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place rolls seam-side down in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve hot with extra soy sauce or dipping sauce of choice.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add additional chili sauce to the filling.
- These rolls can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
