Description

A crispy and flavorful snack made from tendon, cooked to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef tendon
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar


Instructions

  1. Pressure cook the beef tendon in water for 60 minutes.
  2. Remove and let cool, then dehydrate for 8 hours.
  3. Flash fry the dehydrated tendon until crispy.
  4. Season to taste and serve.
