Ingredients

- 1 pound beef tendon
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- Pressure cook the beef tendon in water for 60 minutes.
- Remove and let cool, then dehydrate for 8 hours.
- Flash fry the dehydrated tendon until crispy.
- Season to taste and serve.
