Ingredients

- 1/4 cup tallow
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat tallow in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season tuna cubes with salt and pepper.
- Add tuna to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger flavor, marinate the tuna for 30 minutes before cooking.
