Description

Delicious and juicy beef meatballs fried in tallow for an irresistible flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups beef tallow


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. In a large skillet, heat beef tallow over medium heat.
  4. Add meatballs to the skillet, being careful not to overcrowd them.
  5. Fry meatballs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  6. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes

  • Meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
  • Serve with your favorite sauce or pasta.
