Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cups beef tallow
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a large skillet, heat beef tallow over medium heat.
- Add meatballs to the skillet, being careful not to overcrowd them.
- Fry meatballs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
- Serve with your favorite sauce or pasta.
