This Tallow-Aged Ribeye Jerky is a delicious and savory snack, perfect for outdoor adventures or a quick protein boost.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ribeye steak
  • 1/4 cup tallow
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika


Instructions

  1. Slice the ribeye steak into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix tallow, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Marinate the beef strips in the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat the dehydrator to 160°F (70°C).
  5. Place marinated beef strips on the dehydrator trays in a single layer.
  6. Dehydrate for 6-8 hours, or until jerky is dry and chewy.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
