- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons black pepper

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Slice the ribeye steak into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix tallow, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Marinate the beef strips in the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the dehydrator to 160°F (70°C).
- Place marinated beef strips on the dehydrator trays in a single layer.
- Dehydrate for 6-8 hours, or until jerky is dry and chewy.
- Store in an airtight container.
