- 2 T-bone steaks
- 12 fresh oysters
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat for the steaks.
- Season the T-bone steaks with salt and black pepper, then grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- While the steaks are grilling, shuck the oysters and place them in a baking dish.
- In a small skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter over the oysters, then sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice.
- Place the dish of oysters on the grill for about 5-7 minutes until they are bubbly and cooked through.
- Serve the grilled T-bone steaks with the roasted oysters on the side.
