Description

Delicious T-bone steak paired with flavorful garlic-butter roasted oysters.


Ingredients

  • 2 T-bone steaks
  • 12 fresh oysters
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat for the steaks.
  2. Season the T-bone steaks with salt and black pepper, then grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. While the steaks are grilling, shuck the oysters and place them in a baking dish.
  4. In a small skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour the garlic butter over the oysters, then sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice.
  6. Place the dish of oysters on the grill for about 5-7 minutes until they are bubbly and cooked through.
  7. Serve the grilled T-bone steaks with the roasted oysters on the side.
