Description

Delicious salmon bites coated in a sweet chili lime glaze, perfect as an appetizer or a main dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, and ginger.
  2. Add the salmon pieces to the bowl and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place the marinated salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
