- 2 whole rainbow trout, cleaned
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix cooked quinoa, bell pepper, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into the cavity of the trout.
- Drizzle olive oil over the trout and place lemon slices on top.
- Grill the trout for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Ensure the trout is thoroughly cleaned before stuffing.
- Can substitute quinoa with rice if preferred.
