Description

Delicious stuffed and grilled rainbow trout, perfect for any seafood lover.


Ingredients

  • 2 whole rainbow trout, cleaned
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked quinoa, bell pepper, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the mixture into the cavity of the trout.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the trout and place lemon slices on top.
  5. Grill the trout for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
