- 2 steaks of your choice
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks and cook to your desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside.
- Add garlic and mushrooms to the same skillet and sauté until mushrooms are soft.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, then add heavy cream and simmer until sauce thickens.
- Return steaks to the skillet and coat with sauce.
- Serve immediately with extra sauce on top.

- Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing for maximum juiciness.
