Description

A delicious steak topped with a rich and creamy mushroom sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 steaks of your choice
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks and cook to your desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add garlic and mushrooms to the same skillet and sauté until mushrooms are soft.
  6. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, then add heavy cream and simmer until sauce thickens.
  7. Return steaks to the skillet and coat with sauce.
  8. Serve immediately with extra sauce on top.
