Ingredients

- 2 beef tenderloin steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and black pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, then sear the steaks for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add the butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in the Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, then simmer for a few minutes to combine flavors.
- Return the steaks to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
