Ingredients

- 4 squid tubes
- 500 grams ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 100 grams breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, garlic, onion, egg, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, parsley, and breadcrumbs.
- Stuff the squid tubes with the pork mixture, sealing the ends with toothpicks.
- Place the stuffed squid in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute ground pork with ground beef or chicken.
- Serve with a side of rice or salad for a complete meal.
