Description

A delicious seafood dish featuring squid tubes stuffed with a savory filling of ground pork and spices.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 squid tubes
  • 500 grams ground pork
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, garlic, onion, egg, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, parsley, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Stuff the squid tubes with the pork mixture, sealing the ends with toothpicks.
  4. Place the stuffed squid in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Remove toothpicks before serving.

Notes

  • Can substitute ground pork with ground beef or chicken.
  • Serve with a side of rice or salad for a complete meal.
