Instructions
- Preheat the sous vide water bath to 131°F (55°C).
- Season the teres major steak with salt and black pepper.
- Place the steak in a vacuum-sealed bag with olive oil and crushed garlic.
- Submerge the bag in the water bath and cook for 2 to 3 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the steak from the bag and pat dry.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the steak for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Rest the steak for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
