Description

Succulent ribs infused with the sweet and savory flavors of smoked honey and anchovies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup smoked honey
  • 2 tablespoons anchovy paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Mix smoked honey, anchovy paste, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Coat the ribs with the mixture evenly.
  4. Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for 4-5 hours, or until tender.
  5. Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, let the ribs marinate in the honey and anchovy mixture overnight.
  • Adjust the level of smoked honey according to your taste preference.
