- 2 racks pork ribs
- 1/2 cup smoked honey
- 2 tablespoons anchovy paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Mix smoked honey, anchovy paste, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Coat the ribs with the mixture evenly.
- Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for 4-5 hours, or until tender.
- Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the ribs marinate in the honey and anchovy mixture overnight.
- Adjust the level of smoked honey according to your taste preference.
