Ingredients

  • 4 pounds beef dino ribs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. Trim the ribs as necessary and apply olive oil.
  3. Mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika to create a dry rub.

  5. Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for about 6 hours or until they reach an internal temperature of 203°F.
  6. Let the ribs rest for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
