Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Trim the ribs as necessary and apply olive oil.
- Mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika to create a dry rub.
- Generously apply the dry rub all over the ribs.
- Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for about 6 hours or until they reach an internal temperature of 203°F.
- Let the ribs rest for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
