- 2 tablespoons Hardcore Carnivore Red Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Rub the chicken halves with olive oil.
- Generously apply Hardcore Carnivore Red Seasoning and salt to both sides of the chicken.
- Place chicken on the smoker, skin side up.
- Smoke for approximately 2 to 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
