Description

Delicious smoked chicken halves seasoned with Hardcore Carnivore Red for a flavorful and juicy meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken halves
  • 2 tablespoons Hardcore Carnivore Red Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. Rub the chicken halves with olive oil.
  3. Generously apply Hardcore Carnivore Red Seasoning and salt to both sides of the chicken.
  4. Place chicken on the smoker, skin side up.
  5. Smoke for approximately 2 to 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
