- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and garlic.
- Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place the soaked cedar plank on the grill for 3-4 minutes until it starts to smoke.
