  • 1 cedar plank
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced


Instructions

  1. Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and garlic.
  4. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
