Description

Tender and flavorful smoked buffalo short ribs that are perfect for any barbecue lover.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks buffalo short ribs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the smoker to 225°F.
  2. Season the short ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Place the short ribs in the smoker and smoke for 6-8 hours until tender.
  4. Glaze the ribs with buffalo sauce during the last hour of cooking.
  5. Remove from the smoker and let rest for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
