- 2 racks buffalo short ribs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the smoker to 225°F.
- Season the short ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Place the short ribs in the smoker and smoke for 6-8 hours until tender.
- Glaze the ribs with buffalo sauce during the last hour of cooking.
- Remove from the smoker and let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
