Description

Delicious smoked beef tongue served in carnivore-friendly taco shells.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds smoked beef tongue
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 10 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges


Instructions

  1. Prepare the smoked beef tongue by removing the skin and slicing it into thin pieces.
