Description

Delicious smoked beef ribs, slow-cooked to perfection for a tender, flavorful dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks beef ribs
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, and brown sugar to create a rub.
  3. Apply the rub generously on all sides of the beef ribs.
  4. Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for about 5-6 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 203°F (95°C).
  5. Let the ribs rest for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For even richer flavor, try adding hickory or mesquite wood for smoking.
  • Resting the ribs is essential to keep them juicy.
