- 2 racks beef ribs
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- In a bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, and brown sugar to create a rub.
- Apply the rub generously on all sides of the beef ribs.
- Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for about 5-6 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 203°F (95°C).
- Let the ribs rest for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For even richer flavor, try adding hickory or mesquite wood for smoking.
- Resting the ribs is essential to keep them juicy.
