Description

Deliciously smoky and tender beef cheek burnt ends, perfect for any BBQ lover!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 pounds beef cheek
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar


Instructions

  1. Preheat smoker to 225°F.
  2. Trim excess fat from beef cheeks.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Place beef cheeks in the smoker and smoke for 6 hours.
  5. Wrap in foil with BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar, then smoke for an additional 2 hours.
  6. Unwrap and return to smoker for another hour for a nice crust.
  7. Rest for 30 minutes before cutting into cubes and serving.
