Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheese
- 4 pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease.
- Place each patty on the skillet and smash it down with a spatula.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned, then flip and add cheese on top.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Toast the burger buns on the skillet.
- Assemble the burgers with pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, consider adding bacon or your favorite toppings.
