Description

Delicious smashed burgers that are juicy and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 4 pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease.
  4. Place each patty on the skillet and smash it down with a spatula.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned, then flip and add cheese on top.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  7. Toast the burger buns on the skillet.
  8. Assemble the burgers with pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
