Description

Delicious smashed beef kebabs served with a refreshing cucumber yogurt sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dill


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic, and parsley.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into patties.
  3. Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  5. For the cucumber yogurt sauce, mix yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, and dill in a separate bowl.
  6. Serve kebabs hot with cucumber yogurt sauce on the side.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef for an hour before cooking.
