Description
Delicious smashed beef kebabs served with a refreshing cucumber yogurt sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dill
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic, and parsley.
- Mix until well combined and form into patties.
- Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- For the cucumber yogurt sauce, mix yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, and dill in a separate bowl.
- Serve kebabs hot with cucumber yogurt sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the beef for an hour before cooking.
- Serve with pita bread for a complete meal.
