Description

Tender, flavorful wild boar ribs, slow-smoked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds wild boar ribs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and spices to create a rub.
  3. Apply the rub generously on the ribs.
  4. Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for 4-5 hours.
  5. During the last 30 minutes, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
  6. Remove from the smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
