Description

A hearty and flavorful slow cooker ramen made with rich bone broth and pork skin noodles.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds pork bones
  • 1 pound pork skin
  • 2 onions, halved
  • 4 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 inch ginger, sliced
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 8 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce


Instructions

  1. Place pork bones and pork skin in the slow cooker.
  2. Add onions, garlic, ginger, green onions, salt, and water.
  3. Cook on low for 12 hours.
  4. Strain the broth and discard solids.
  5. Add soy sauce and fish sauce to the broth.
  6. Serve with noodles or use as a base for ramen.

Notes

  • For best flavor, let the broth cool and refrigerate overnight before removing fat.
  • Can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
