A hearty and flavorful slow cooker ramen made with rich bone broth and pork skin noodles.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds pork bones
- 1 pound pork skin
- 2 onions, halved
- 4 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 8 cups water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
Instructions
- Place pork bones and pork skin in the slow cooker.
- Add onions, garlic, ginger, green onions, salt, and water.
- Cook on low for 12 hours.
- Strain the broth and discard solids.
- Add soy sauce and fish sauce to the broth.
- Serve with noodles or use as a base for ramen.
Notes
- For best flavor, let the broth cool and refrigerate overnight before removing fat.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
