Description

This Slow Cooked Sticky Spicy Lamb is a mouthwatering dish perfect for a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lamb shoulder, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and sesame oil.
  2. Add the lamb chunks to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Transfer the marinated lamb to a slow cooker.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the lamb is tender and falls apart easily.
  5. Once cooked, shred the lamb and mix with the sauce. Serve hot.
