- 2 pounds lamb shoulder, cut into chunks
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and sesame oil.
- Add the lamb chunks to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Transfer the marinated lamb to a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or until the lamb is tender and falls apart easily.
- Once cooked, shred the lamb and mix with the sauce. Serve hot.
