Instructions
- Rinse the beef tongue under cold water.
- In a large pot, combine the bone broth, onion, carrots, garlic, bay leaves, and peppercorns.
- Add the beef tongue to the pot and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours, until the tongue is tender.
- Remove the tongue, peel off the skin, and slice.
