Description

These shrimp skewers are drenched in rich Wagyu fat, making them incredibly flavorful and indulgent.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup Wagyu beef fat
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine Wagyu beef fat, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Soaking wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling can prevent them from burning.
  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the skewers.
