- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup Wagyu beef fat
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine Wagyu beef fat, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
Notes
- Soaking wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling can prevent them from burning.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the skewers.
