Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the tallow over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the shrimp in the skillet.
- Cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set.
- Stir in the chives and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
