Description

A rich and indulgent dish featuring perfectly seared scallops served with a nutty brown butter sauce and topped with luxurious caviar.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound sea scallops
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 ounce caviar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel and season with salt.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add scallops to the skillet and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and cook until it turns brown and nutty in aroma.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
  6. Plate the scallops, drizzle with brown butter, and top with caviar. Garnish with parsley.

Notes
