Instructions
- Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel and season with salt.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add scallops to the skillet and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and cook until it turns brown and nutty in aroma.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
- Plate the scallops, drizzle with brown butter, and top with caviar. Garnish with parsley.
