Description

Deliciously seared cod cheeks, seasoned and cooked to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound cod cheeks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Rinse the cod cheeks and pat them dry.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  3. Add the cod cheeks to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Place the cod cheeks in the pan and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
