Deliciously seared cod cheeks, seasoned and cooked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 1 pound cod cheeks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Rinse the cod cheeks and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Add the cod cheeks to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the cod cheeks in the pan and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

- Serve with a side of vegetables or a fresh salad.
- Pair with a white wine for a complete meal.
