- 1 crust made of crushed crackers
- 2 ripe avocados
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crust by pressing crushed crackers into a springform pan.
- In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix with cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the smoked salmon.
- Pour the mixture into the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with sour cream before serving.
