Description

A unique and delicious savory cheesecake made with creamy avocado and smoked salmon, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 crust made of crushed crackers
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by pressing crushed crackers into a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix with cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the smoked salmon.
  6. Pour the mixture into the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  8. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  9. Top with sour cream before serving.
