Description

A simple and delicious recipe for sardines cooked in clarified butter.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans sardines
  • 1/4 cup clarified butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a pan, melt the clarified butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the sardines and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle black pepper on top.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
