Ingredients

- 2 cans sardines
- 1/4 cup clarified butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a pan, melt the clarified butter over medium heat.
- Add the sardines and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle black pepper on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
