- 2 cups kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix the kosher salt, black peppercorns, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and rosemary.
- Place the brisket in a roasting pan and coat it evenly with the salt mixture.
- Cover the brisket completely with remaining salt.
- Bake for approximately 3-4 hours or until tender.
- Allow the brisket to rest before removing the salt crust.
