Description

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1 head radicchio, finely sliced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 anchovy fillets, rinsed and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and anchovies, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the radicchio and cook until wilted.
  4. Season with vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  5. In another pan, sear salmon fillets until cooked through.
  6. Plate the salmon and top with the radicchio mixture.
