Description

Delicious salmon fillets topped with a savory bacon and cheese mixture, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy, then let it drain on paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and black pepper.
